Bhutan Tourist Destinations And Travel Guide
In an area known as Druk-Yul or Druk Tsendhen, i.e. the land of thunderous dragons, Bhutan is home to a wealth of Buddhist art and the last Himalayan empire, shrouded in Buddhism, magic and mystery.
Bound by India and China to the south and north respectively, Bhutan is a closed country and is a small empire firmly established within the Himalayan mountains.
Interestingly, Bhutan has successfully tolerated its independence for centuries and is one of the few nations in the world that has never been ruled.
Aside from its amazing natural beauty, Bhutan also has a strong sense of culture that unites the world and is a major factor that sets us apart from our neighbours.
